These sessions are designed to help you move through blocks, looping patterns, upsetting experiences, and spiritual emergence by connecting you deeper to the six elements we are shaped by - the Mind, Body, Emotions, Energy, Soul/Spirit, and Environment. By connecting to these elements, we're able to bring more coherence to our human experience and give deeper presencing to what we are moving through.
